Keylethia
Main city of the province, it's a relatively small coastal town, that occupies a prominent place in the economic landscape of the region and, by extention, of the country. A lot of wares flow through the city and up and down the river Sombre.
Lord Grogar Makta is the noble who rules the town.
From here, justice is administered in the region, and the population of the city seems to be and eclectic mix of every race of the continent.
North of it, at about a day's travel distance, the village of Dimshell is where the local ores and timbers are collected.
A man-made channel connects the two rivers that Keylethia and Dimshell are on the mouths of, to allow the travel of merchandise.
The harbour occupies the largest part of town and represents its main claim to fame. The city is located in just enough of an inlet to allow for calm and waters and manageable currents almost the year round.
The Great Lighthouse guides many merchant ships to the city. Merchandise is loaded onto barges that are then pulled upriver by horses and oxen, to bring the goods all the way to the city of Baumerhall, capital of the kingdom of Vexanta.
To the South, again at about a day's travel, the village of Gardinest provides the other great source of riches for the city of Keylethia, the fish which is salted and spread across the nation.
