Akatbe Zadriel (a.k.a. Killian)
Peg sprinted to the highest ridge of rock she could find, her arms thrown out as she screamed her own answer, “KEEEEEEEEE!” One of the forms tilted, flashing brilliantly scarlet in the late afternoon light as he angled toward her and picked up speed. “Oh, my god,” Peg breathed, her voice speeding up as the angel came closer, “this is going to hurt so much!” Killian collided with her, his arms out and his wings folded back to keep from tangling them with the nearest trees before he scooped her into his arms and took her back up into the sky. He had knocked the breath entirely out of her, then pressed his mouth over hers to kiss her furiously as Peg clung to him, her legs around his waist and her arms around his forward shoulders, one hand tangled in his shaggy ginger curls. Once she had caught her breath and Killian had found a decently supportive thermal, he released her mouth and they grinned at each other. “I missed you,” he whispered. “I missed you, too, feather brain.”

History
During one of the more violent uprisings in the Marquette area, the 7th Squad, 27th Battalion, US Angelic Forces were charged with clearing several of the buildings on NMU's campus. The raid resulted in Killian being exposed to Peg's pheromones and immediately falling for her. They escaped together to Hogsback partially because Killian's squadmates were so confused at losing him that they didn't pursue.
History
Killian and Remy were hatched together and raised in the same clutch. They bonded early and most of Remy's stated earliest memories are of Killian. They were assigned to different squads after their training was complete and were each sent to different locations for their initial assignments. During that assignment, they realized they couldn't bear to be apart and arrangements were made on their behalf to make sure they would be assigned together in the future. In the following 400 years, they have not been apart for longer than two or three nights in a row.
Nicknames & Petnames
Both call each other "brother" in several different languages, the most common being English, French, and Hebrew. Remy often calls Killian "Zad" or "Zadriel," as this was his original name. Killian only tolerates this from Remy.
Shared Acquaintances
Their fledgling trainer was Thressiel "Thress." Thressiel was a clutch mate to Musiel and Marikel. Because neither were available at the time to assist, Thressiel requested help with his oversized training clutch. Haniel and Tyriel helped to raise and train the clutch, meaning Remy and Killian have ties to the assassin and his partner. Additionally, they have made reference to an additional clutch mate, Vysael.
