Eindoriand

Eindoriand is the largest cloudsoil city in Ellondoth. It is the second most populous city in Ellondoth, second only to the capital of Tir Galad.
Eindoriand is regarded by the high elves as one of their most wondrous works. Originally built on a small levitating island, the architectural expansion of the city has reached such an extreme that not even a speck of geographic features are visible to the outside of the city.
