Sapphire Brewing Company
Sapphire Brewing Company is a brewery located in the city of Lindow in southern Lefrendel Province.
In terms of scale (within Lefrendel Province), Sapphire Brewing Company is the only major competition to Wingman Brewery which is located in Oakheart. Though they have been in business for a much shorter time than Wingman, Sapphire Brewing Company has been growing in popularity and reknown, owing to the success of their flagship ale, Sapphire Blue.
Sapphire Blue (usually just called "Blue" because of the color of the label), is primarily enjoyed by citizens of the Cymelian Empire in the South/Southwest Lefrendel Province, where access to Wingman's is the most limited. Blue is a pale ale brewed using the same ground water that feeds the rice fields in Lindow, and the owner, Sapphire Sageflower, blends in a unique mixture of hops grown in a field near her property (the secret is the blue-flowered hops) and the wheat for the grain bill is imported from farmers in Doren.
The building itself is largely one cubic building, with a small extension and half-wall separating the drinking/dining space from the work space.
In terms of space, the interior serving area is a small simple dining space, composed of several small wooden tables and a large bar table from where Sapphire serves her beer.
In the connected work room/warehouse, several large wooden tanks stand tall. Some silent, some quietly bubbling.

Picture similar structure to Church Street, only basically everything is wooden, with much different decor and guests.
Patronage is limited. The idea of visiting a brewery is still VERY new to the public, most of the people just find sticking with a classic inn to be more easy on their lives.
Sapphire is trying to bring the idea of tasting to the industry, but its a rough road
(maybe eventually we can connect her with the Wingman brewery in Oakheart once everything comes back online there, have a collaboration/celebration batch)
