Personal history
Following the The Black Crown Affair and the sudden incapacity of King Philippe Le Bel, Per-Ys descended into chaos. The Queens of Summer and Winter camped in siege at Vincennes while the Nobility of Akitainia , Anjev and Gallia marched towards the capital.
To avert the war for the capital, Louis was quickly coronated and a treaty was signed. The rights of the Korrigan were established, the prisoners of the Nesle Tower Affair were released and the Silverblade Company was reformed. Additionally, Louis outlawed slavery in his Realm and provided an avenue for serfs to buy themselves out of bondage.
The fiscal and social reforms of Louis appeased the Sidhe, but not his own nobles and his reign was marked by a series of open revolts. The granted rights of the Korrigan were restricted, but they were not driven out of the country.
