History

When the human races diverged, the Watuwe travelled to the southern reaches of Kvenland. As the already dark-skinned people passed through the desert they become even darker, adapting to the heat and sun, believing they had been burnt, they called themselves the scorched people. The region they eventually came to settle had a unique biome unlike any they had seen or heard of from their ancestors, the name they gave the region also came to mean jungle. While the land they initially settled was much larger, they eventually retracted from the northern desert to mostly inhabit the jungle in the south.
