The leader of the Dragged Inn is Blackjack he is the number one bounty hunter in the guild and has said that the second-best can have the guild when he dies.

Public Agenda

The guild takes on and places bounties on criminals and bad people. For a bounty hunting guild the Dragged Inn's standards are rather good and only really bad people are brought back dead instead of in captivity. The guild also takes on bounties on monsters, but only on rarer occasions.
