Taln's Seat

Capital of the Taln Altien Empire.

Built long ago after the Sundering of the Sea when the Wise Seer Taln Obertin led the Last Remnant from the great city of Altien before the city sunk into the Deep Dark and was lost. He raised an army to fight back the Mindless Devourers that Emerged from the Deep Dark. He won the battle and drove them back into the Deep Dark, but at the cost of almost all the Altien people. He built the Seer's Fort to watch over the Deep Dark and prepare for the return of the Devourers. He then led the people to settle Taln's Seat and ruled the Empire until his last days.
