Soulforging
As your hammer rings against the ancient forge you feel your soul open to it. Grabbing it like a thread you weave the hot golden light into the magical weave of the multiverse. Forging something that is part of you.
Soulforging is an ancient arcanic ritual that was the last great trial given to every Forgemaster Initiate that they must do as part of the Forgemaster Attunement.
When done properly the Forgemaster Initiate would use their soul with the weave flowing through the forge to imbue an item with their own abilities:
Intelligence
Strength
Charisma
Wisdom
Dexterity
The Forgemaster would pour the fire within their souls into the forge and bring back a reflection of their soul in an item.
They can sense the item anywhere in the plane they are on. If the item is in another plane they automatically know which plane to travel to. While holding it they are granted a legendary boon that all who weild it gain as well.
Depending on the sacrifice the weapon is a magic item of varying bonuses.
