Description

The make and kind varying based on reports from the Forged Illuminates. With access to Floating Necropoli scribes within the Forged Illuminates have been able to decipher a few key functions. Most of their potential uses are unknown at this time.

1. Soul Vessels allow for the use of Spell Slots in exchange for consuming the souls within.
2. Works much like a Philactory.
3. They are somehow used to generate flight for the Necropoli.
4. Gareth Bluemon has a theory that they are used much like the Astral Prisms that Kildrak found in The Byways.
5. The well found at the center of he Philactory Tower the Heroes of Towerfel destroyed is believed to be a soul vessel as well.
