Dracoria’s culture is a brutal, hierarchical society steeped in secrecy and reverence for power. Nestled in the shadowy depths of the Underdark, it is dominated by Black Dragons and their cult leader High Wizard Drakonis Eebret . Their Government is quazi Theocratic with the Black Dragons being worshipped as near-divine beings. Their will enforced through a fear, loyalty, and dark magic. A militaristic and manipulative culture, where children like Igris are taken from their families and indoctrinated early. Then used as tools for the dragons’ sinister agenda. Trust is scarce, and deception is a valued skill. They thrive on control, intrigue, and the suppression of dissent. Life in Dracoria is harsh and unforgiving, where all are slaves in the service of the Draconic Overlords.
