The Well of Souls
The Well of Souls is located in the courtyard of an abandoned manor just outside of Lamplight. It is an unmapped cave system which is accessible from a circular opening in the rocky earth.
Appearance
The Well of Souls is a large opening in the earth, ringed by large stone teeth. The walls of the "well" appear to be hewn stone, like a cavern dug out by dwarven miners looking for ore, only this one goes straight down.Notabel Features
The stone teeth are quite forboding, but the voices echoing from its depths are even more so.Campaign Events
In the Fiends of the Chronosphere campaign, The Well of Souls is a significant location to Xerek, and an unnamed Night Hag. Cultists of The White Hand, in cooperation with Xerek and the hag, would sacrifice people by kidnapping them and throwing them down the "well."
