Jinnow Alladrin
A massively obese crime lord, who has managed to take over the running of the town of Cythe.
Tall, broad and powerful, he is often massively underestimated because of his huge gut and his tendency to eat and drink while talking with people.
However his intellect is his fiercest attribute, taking over and running the criminal empire has taken a huge amount of effort and dedication and he knows almost everything going on in the Swamplands.
Jinnow is generous and engenders loyalty in his underlings, they see him as offering some level of stability and wealth in a world that is dying. Jinnow stays in the old tunnels beneath the Crossed Knives, a spidery network under the town, the appreciates both the safety and the image that it gives him when people are led to his headquarters.
It's a pretty open secret that although Jinnow is in charge of crime in Cythe, he still reports to the King in Yellow who is the true power behind the organised crime in the west of Allatar.
