Blue Dragons
A subspecies of Dragons, the Blue Dragons were vicious and brutish for their kind. Capable of harnessing the elemental lightning, they acted as shock troops during the ancient draconic wars.

Anatomy
Like all Dragons, the Blue Dragons had four legs and two powerful wings.
Their necks were shorter than other species of Dragon and their horns were arranged in a single line on their heads, with a large primary horn on their snout that pointed forward.
While capable of flight as all of their cousins, they were the weakest fliers of the true dragons, mostly using flight to make relatively short jumps.

Ecology and Habitats
They preferred the deep deserts and would make large, complex burrows under the sands.
