Sanctus Fons Vitae ((Sane-ctus fonz Vigh-Tay))

Description:

Often described as always being the same age as those who commune with him, which changes his height, but always seems to appear both older than the earth, and as young as a newborn baby, at the same time. His irises are like a beautiful sunrise, with hair like pure snow and skin ever flawless that seems to glow with glory. He always has a light in his eyes and a grin that carries a calming aura with him at all times. He's always wearing white robes that seem to shine with their own glory, with him lacking any protection for his feet. He never carries any weapons, due to him not ever needing them because of the sheer power he possesses.

History:

Just like Apocrylis Sintalus, the beginning of Sanctus's existence is unknown, but it is known that he spear-headed the putting down of Apocrylis Sintalus's riot and outcasting him from among the Higher Ones. Following this, Sanctus created the earth, becoming it's resident God. Sanctus watched over it and influenced indirectly the going-ons in the world to encourage goodwill and fight against the efforts of Apocrylis Sintalus. His influence was less noticeable than his brother's, but there was more of it, preventing the world from going totally corrupt permanently. He only began immediately interfering during the Desolation Trials to comune with William Anderson once things started going south, and again to commune with Colton Diaíresi Toa during the Darkness of a Cursed Light novels.

Personality:

Is always calm, all knowing, and mature, though often times is described to have the joy, innocence, and wonderment of a young child. He's always kind, even to the most corrupt individuals, especially to Apocrylis Sintalus. Should one be struggling, and he communes with them directly, he will patiently let them vent and rant their frustrations before giving understanding advice in gentle tones, always able to calm down, comfort, and have an enjoyable chat with any individual. Long story short, he is highly lovable, and one of the best friends a person could have, so much so, that even dark beings can't help respecting him and a portion of them wish to be on his side, with Apocrylis Sintalus being the sole individual that mocks Sanctus.

Calibers:

The Higher Ones have the most ultimate Calibers, being able to perform feats none can perform, and only matched in power by Apocrylis Sintalus. Though they have limitless power, they do have a few more iconic Calibers they always use.   Gods workmanship:
The ability to create, destroy, and shape any matter in the world how they see fit. Although he does have to abide by 'rules' (simply structuring their creations in a way that work, as one would write a book's magic system), he can do pretty much whatever he desires, and create any worlds, creatures, or things he wants. This alone can be used in massive offensive and defensive potential, able to create terrains that gives him extremely unfair advantages, or pop into existence beasts of war that can thrash tanks and cannons with ease.   Natural Law:
Due to his ultimate power, the worlds he creates must always obey his will, this means weather, creatures, terrain, and so on will always do as commanded. This means he can place a lion and a sheep together and they will be best friends. Or he can command absolutely every creature on the earth to swarm one individual. Despite this, he cannot perform this on sentient creatures, due to them having will which prevents them being commanded. This helps prevent any abuse of the power to enslave sentients, which Apocrylis Sintalus resents and wishes to learn to overcome, which the closest is making a deal with a sentient and if the sentient break the deal, they can be 'smiten' (such as turning to salt). Sanctus can also use this to 'smite' individuals, whether it be lightning, plagues, hail, acid rain, or so on.   Voice of Thunder:
A simple Caliber, where Sanctus can speak and the whole world (or a whole area) will hear his voice as if it came from thunder. It can also be focused to be on one individual, but be so much more impactful and carry emotion with it as well.   God's Will:
Another simple Caliber, but more for other individuals. This allows Sanctus to give divine protection (such as against projectiles, weapons, fire, etc), inspiration (to discover new technologies or going somewhere important that the person needs, or an idea to perform an action. Though the individual still has a choice to follow this inspiration or not), empowerment (so that the individual has stronger Calibers, stronger physical attributes, more mental power, etc), and even give an individual visions. William Anderson benefits a lot from this, though, those with foresight and such can train the abilities so that their stronger than what Sanctus has given them.

Age: Millenia

Just like the rest of the Higher Ones, Sanctus is older than time itself. He's all-knowing, all-powerful, and knows everything that has happened in history, regardless of what the people in power have written down from history. He knows even more than Apocrylis Sintalus, dwarfing him completely in knowledge.

Resident God:

Being the God that watches over the earth, Sanctus is worshiped by many, though in different ways. Due to the earth being the planet he watches over, Sanctus has more power over it than his fellow gods. He never much speaks about the Higher Ones to mortals who still hold life, but gladly shares once they have passed on. He communes constantly and directly with the current leader of the Celestial Lumanine, appointing them as a 'prophet' of sorts, especially due to the Heralds of the Damned being an opposing force.
Children

Hobbies:

Though many don't know it, Sanctus enjoys a good game of chess, checkers, and other similar games. He will kindly ask individuals that are communing with him to play the games while they're talking. In fact, he loves it so much, that sometimes he will travel to the earth in a much much less recognizable form (usually as a very old man who wishes to pass the time away) in order to play more games. One might say he was procrastinating, but really he uses it as a time to think and strategize what moves to make next, seeing real life as an overcomplicated chess game. Not to mention, he does it more should he be in grief, using it to take his mind off things for a bit.

Relationship:

While Sanctus is married, he doesn't speak much about his partner. He does so to protect her, due to him and his name being slandered all the time by mortals on earth. By keeping her identity hidden, he protects her from slander and blasphemes, but mentions her at times due to him being proud of being partnered with someone he considered such an amazing partner. He's only spoken about her in-depth with William Anderson, and should Colton Diaíresi Toa prove worthy, than Sanctus will tell him as well about her.
