Naturally, he has the abilities to travel soundlessly and to blend in with his surroundings. From his studies he's also learned instantaneous cross-spatial transportation and magic-scrying, among other things.

Personal history

Born in Lothian, Thienid in 128 to a blacksmith's daughter and a member of the Grey Guard, Eloren inherited his father's powers of stealth and camouflage and was taught to control them at a young age. He was enlisted into the Grey Guard at the age of fifteen, where he learned to fight Grinders and use his powers in combat. He was always hungry for knowledge, however, a trait instilled in him by his grandfather, who'd been kicked out of school and forced into smithing instead. This passion led him to study magic, both Grey magic and other magics, and this was how he learned that the order and control of the Grey Guard's magic was unusual; across the globes, magic-users were losing control and wreaking havoc on a regular basis. He knew from the time he was sixteen that he wanted to somehow take the control of the Grey Guard to other magic-users, but he didn't figure out a way to do so until he was twenty-two and learned instantaneous cross-spatial travel. Armed with this knowledge, he traveled to all of the nations on both Titania and Arken, in search of the most controlled magicians from each one. By the time he was done, he'd found twelve magicians who were willing to help him keep magic in check across the globes: The Dewinen.
Eloren spent the rest of his life directing The Dewinen and keeping Thienid's magic and magic-users in check, teaching them to control their powers and use them for the benefit of the worlds. He would go on to install magic schools in both Thienid and Katar and to teach at Whitecrest Academy in Katar. He also began the process of collecting all the worlds' magical knowledge and history into The Heather Tome.
