Lurus

Lurus is a vibrant planet filled with lush greenery and temperate environments. The dangerous plant life makes it less livable than many would expect, as does the extremely hot mid day, but a number of smaller civilizations exist between the huge number of ancient ruins. The place is a treasure trove of Holders and old rubble and a common location for treasure hunters as well as IFAIR officials. It's also home to a handful of exceptionally large satellites, most notably the system capital of Vestige.

Position in Space

Lurus is the third planet from Aldyn's sun, between Garush and Nu. It has very moderate weather and few major bodies of surface water, with the vast majority of it held underground and touched by the deep roots of the plants on the planet. Lurus has three moons which are all notable in their own ways: Cable, Stral, and Heki.

The Oldest Planet

Lurus is thought to be the home of the first people to reside in Aldyn, the Ancient Abberations. Many relics of their civilization can be seen across the planet in old ruins etched with unknown languages and Holders kept secret in deep lairs hidden under the dense folliage. The planet is large and extremely hard to navigate and so despite extensive exploration new discoveries are always being made.
In the modern day, Lurus is home to many Elves and small groups of Orcs and Halflings. All of the major cities of Lurus are mostly located on the three moons, few large civilizations have made their home on the planet itself.
