Vestige

Vestige is the largest satelite in the Aldyn system and the largest city as well (though there is some debate that Kalash is a larger city, most consider it to be several interconnected cities). Home to over 2.5 billion sentients, Vestige holds the Aldyn government as well as one of the largest loose caste systems in galactic history.

The Elite in the Sky

The entire satelite is structured as tons of smaller buildings interconnected by walkways and airlocks and large breathing domes, cobbled together just like the culture inside. Vestige is structured into three layers, each built on top of the other.
The lowest layer is made mostly of scrap and plentiful in ships, merchantry, and crime. With minimal living spaces and a ever growing lower class, the lowest layer is home to some of the 'verse's largest mercenary rings but also some of the best places to sell wares.
The middle layer is slightly nicer and made almost entirely from materials mined off asteroids in the belt of the system. The middle layer is where the working class lives and much of the middle class. It's a housing district the size of a country, with every possible thing you can think of and plenty of transportaton methods to get across it.
The upper layer is home to some of the richest sentients in the system. The Senate is based here, leading the laws of the system through IFAIR and regulating the planets with an iron fist.
