Lowlanders
The corn fields will not collect themelves...
Lowlanders... bah! I spit on their stone buildings! I spit on their hot days and nights! I spit on their busy streets! A man is not a man if it did not feel the sensation of hunting another being... stalking it for days... waiting for the right moment and... taking a life... We know that all too well... for we are also the hunted. -Highlander Hunter Captain when asked about the Lowlanders by his squires

Common Dress code
Lowlanders often do not care much about what they are dressing, regularly driving the common folk to wear simple, black and white clothes. The nobility, however, takes a much greater notice of his or her clothes, leading to colorful displays of religious symbols and family crests in all but the most casual of situations.
Art & Architecture
The architects of the lowlands more often favor the use of various types of stones such as marble or granite for a building. Angled and grand buildings are relatively common in the lowlands, with most cities or towns having at least one church or temple, with some having small barracks in order to support some military capacity.
Common Customs, traditions and rituals
Almost all lowlander families have a fairly well made, and often ancient, weapon that they pass down from generation to generation as a heritage. Said weapons are most likely a sword, but some families, especially noble families, are known to have spears, polearms and even crossbows as their heritage. In times of war the family's heritage is used by the oldest of the new generation should they be conscripted into the citizen militia that is common in the imperial outskirts.
Birth & Baptismal Rites
When born babies are marked by a circle drawn in a bright red in their forehead.
Coming of Age Rites
Coming of age rituals vary from family to family, ranging from a simple and meaningful handshake or pat on the back given by the matriarch/patriarch of the family to the individual in question, to long and drawn out hunting trips with the family leader. Some wealthier families are known to send their older child upon their coming of age to far away lands and exotic places in order to either serve with the military or under a particular order of knights or hunters.
Funerary and Memorial customs
Lowlanders often make a simple reunion of loved ones just after the news of the death of a particular individual is spread, that is followed by either the burning or the bearing o the dead individual.
Common Taboos
The worship of the old, divine gods is extremely frowned upon by the general populace, as well as being forbidden by the state and reinforced by local agents of the law.
Incest in any way shape or form is also worthy of public shaming, altho not forbidden outright by the state.
