Dead Kingdom of Latrus

Simple bravery was not enough...

Created and edited by Lo, the Wise
An ancient and powerful kingdom that, once destroyed, gave place to a haunted, rough and terrible land.

Structure

A classical, totalitarian monarchy where the king is both the head of government and state.

Disbandment

The kingdom fell in the same year as the king's death. After the king's death his son and heir, Prince Louis van Eric IV, became the obvious contender for the throne. Said prince was at Latruskee, the capital of the kingdom, at the time it was besieged and died in battle while commanding the small garrison, desperately trying to defend it. The siege was over at the 16th of February, 30 BK... the kingdom was completely overrun and destroyed by the 25th of March, 30BK.

Technological Level

It is said that within the deepest of forests inside what was once the Kingdom of Latrus sits still standing and great stone buildings. Scholars agree that said structures were most likely churches and cathedrals. Nobody knows exactly how the ancient latruskians were able to build such structures.
