Concept and Written by James Woodwright
The Library Commissioning Service is a service that is part of the University Library. The service is used when a student wants a book of their own and doesn't want to keep coming down to the University Library.   Commissioning books obviously costs money regardless on the length of the book the following are a table of prices.

5 4 2
6 5 0
7 5 8

There are x rules for the commissioning service, before the member of the University gets told the price.   1 - They must have withdrawn the book at least 2 times
