Dando

Dando is a Korrigan warrior King, whose territory in Rhudd becomes key for The Matter of Rhudd. 
Dando was a priest of the Petrol Guild and Master of Soldiers in the Heno army during the fall of the Hanoez Empire. He frequently feuded with Sheena, the bishop of Kaer-Is and the last remains of Hanoez.   
He was able to raise an army in a failing state and win several battles to keep Belhken armies from breaching across the rivers, but one cold summer the waters froze over and the soldiers of Belh flooded the remaining Hanoez territory.
By spring of 400, Ieuiah, the Master of Soldiers for the Clockmakers originating from Arthros, had organized the Guild of Fortitude to seize Kaer-Is.
Dando would die when he decided to help Sheena escape with Armelle and Mehrdad, and the two heirs would fight over whether to leave his body or not.
