The Allurium Council
Thirteen noble families make out the Allurium Council which is the governing body of Vethenia. It is located in the heart of the palace called the Box.History
The city was founded in the year 412 of the Fourth Age, at the same time as the Allurium Council was established. Originally, it was a small, humble settlement built around a castle that served as the seat of the Council. However, over time, it grew into a bustling city, thanks in large part to its strategic location along the Aldmuind River. During the reign of King Arkon the Great, Lindworth was transformed into a grand city, with magnificent palaces, temples, and public buildings. Many of these structures still stand today, and are a testament to the city's rich cultural heritage. Throughout the centuries, Lindworth has been the site of many significant events in Vethenian history. During the War with Loftinia , it was the site of a major battle in which the Vethenians emerged victorious. It was also the birthplace of several famous poets and writers, including Ichtar the Poet , who wrote about the devastation wrought by the Arkonian Pestilence. Despite its long and storied history, Lindworth has not been immune to conflict and turmoil. In the year 815 of the Fourth Age, it was sacked by a group of raiders from the neighboring country of Drotland . The city was left in ruins, and it took many years for it to fully recover from the devastation.
