Ichtar the Poet
Ichtar the Poet was a famous poet from Lindworth who lived to see the great plague called the Arkonian Pestilence hit his homeland Vethenia . He is best known for his poem "The Pestilence", which describes the devastation caused by the plague. Ichtar was a member of the court of King Arkon the Great. He witnessed the outbreak of the plague and the death of many of his friends and family. He eventually succumbed to the disease himself, but not before writing his famous poem.
