Wanda was born in Isi, a nation known for it's extreme weather patterns, mainly oscillating between intense heat and frigid cold. She was born with cryokinetic powers. During periods of summer, she was known for having the power to affect the local environment for others. This turned her into a local celebrity. She eventually became a powerful warrior and the ruler of Isi. After the Cape's war, Kor became a member of Sentinel's council, the organization that provides the government oversight that Sentinel is under.
