Akvar

Natural Resources
Akvar has little in the way of helpful resources to either the surface world or the kingdoms of the deeps, making it the perfect staging ground for trade between them. While it is technically neutral ground, the eliatropes are always pushing for more power over the underwater races, while trying to push other surface races out of the deals.
