Sarusan
The southernmost continent of Golarian, it is the least understood of the continents, as no expedition has ever successfully colonized there. The few that manage to return from a journey there mysteriously forget the details of the journey. It has many strange cultures not found in the rest of the world, and the expedition there will forever change the landscape of its natives.
Geography
Sarusan is primary divided into two parts, the northeast and the southwest, separated by a large mountain range known as the Firnis Mountains. The northeast portion is split by a dense jungle known as the Adakan Jungle and a spacious forest known as Levax-Casein. A massive mount known as Mount Horu and its sub-range the Sorrow Pass. The southwest is dominated by a sweeping grassland known as the Kamasa Plains, which runs into a large valley known as The Valley of the Dragons. The valley and its island offshoot of Kos-Maurg is the major hub of civilization in the southwest, and is ruled over by powerful dragons and half-dragon Eliatropes. A peninsula is located at the very southern of the continent, but it is surrounded by sharp cliffs and a massive constant windstorm that erodes a travelers mind. This causes this features of the area to be mostly unknown, even to Sarusans natural inhabitants.. There are two sub-continents to Sarusan. On the northern side is the Talon of Winter, an icy island ruled over by the Vedalken race. On the southern side is Memphan, a harsh desert fought over by the warring Anubite and Orobi races.
