Underground

Despite its being surrounded by water and criss-crossed with rivers the city has an labrynthine underground. Layer upon layer of sewer, utility tunnel and subway honey comb the earth beneath the city and even cross between the islands under the various rivers.

Aspect:

• Everyone gets lost down here.

These tunnels have suffered frequent flooding and collapse, making even the best maps dubious. No one wants to go down here.
