Military
Xin Kongjian's military often doubles as police for governing most of society. While each city and township does have it's own police force it is heavily overseen by the military.
Military is very attractive to citizens of Xin Kongjian, as it is one of the higher paid careers a low class citizen can take with multiple benefits, like free food and housing. A citizen who can make it 40+ years in the military is more than capable of knocking off 500k of their families debt, which is pretty substantial in this corporation.

Education
Education is mandatory for children up to age 13. After that parents will have to incur more debt to continue in higher level learning or possibly send children to vocational schooling for cheaper. A lot of children's schooling teaches life skill basics like cooking, mechanical repairs and computers but laking in advanced math, language, and problem solving skills. All students must take a very pro government skewed history class and most other classes are heavily laden with Kongjian propaganda.
