Demographics
There isn't a large distribution of wealth classes here, seeing as almost everyone living in Shi are military. While there are some ruling class living here like Leads and Managers, most deem the City too wet to visit.

Unless you are active military, no weapons of any sort are allowed on planet.
Infrastructure
After losing a long standing particularly wealthy general in developing the city due to filter failure, you can find any long pathways between platforms with "safehouses" these are chambers that allow a person to quickly run in, seal the door and filter out any ammonia in case their filter has failed.
Architecture
While the city is quite ingeniously built for function over form it has an odd yet strangely organic and beautiful appearance. Large platforms contain closely packed towers, the center most of which is the tallest. All of these towers are connect, with both small and large rivets built into the roofing and peaks to allow water to quickly and easily run off back into the ocean.
