The Radio Flyer
The Radio Flyer is a creation of Timoo Timbertown, manifested into being by use of a wish spell granted to Hubert's Companions by the Queen of Eladra, Eleanora, the Thrice-Exalted.
At first glance it is a normal Carriage, but it has numerous tinkered mechanical and magical enhancements, that allow it to float above earth or water, or even propel itself into the air using the power of spirit-bound air elementals. It also has enhanced cargo and passenger capacity, due to an extradimensional enlarged inner cabin. Finally, the entire vehicle can be folded into a small, easily transportable box when necessary.
Power Generation
The vehicle can be drawn by normal animals on land. But it is also a creation of artifice, with mechanical and arcane systems that allow it to float over water or even fly through the air. The floating systems are partly mechanical, powered by steam, but also work using arcane magic. The air system is also partially mechanical, but the power source, a group of small air elementals, provides the thrust needed to fly.
Propulsion
Land Drawn: when drawn, the speed of the vehicle is dependent on the type and number of dray-creatures. Two factors are involved in the speed of the drawn vehicle: the weight of the vehicle and the Strength score of the dray creatures.
Water Sails: a mast and sail can be raised to make use of ordinary wind power at sea.
Floating Wheels: this group of 4 wooden wheels can fit the carriage's front and back axles. When rotated 90 degrees, so as to be parallel to the horizon, they allow the carriage to levitate above any surface at the same height as the wheel's radius, which is approximately 2 and 1/2 feet.

Air Cloud Spars: an invention of djinn on the Elemental Plane of Air, four trammels may be extended from the vehicle's housing employing captured air elementals for the purpose of self-propulsion. The cloud spars give any floating or levitating vehicle the ability to fly at a speed of 40 feet (clumsy). If the vehicle is also wind-powered, it can still use its sails if they provide faster movement than the cloud spars themselves. The vehicle can be flown in this way once per week, for up to 12 hours, at which point it slowly and safely descends to the ground.

Additional & auxiliary systems
Folding: In its compact form, the vehicle looks like a small wooden box about 12 inches long, 6 inches wide, and 6 inches deep. a small wooden box about 12 inches long, 6 inches wide, and 6 inches deep. It can be used to store items like any other box. If a command word is given, however, the box unfolds itself to form the vehicle. Any objects formerly stored in the box now rest on the floor inside the vehicle's cargo space. A second word of command causes the vehicle to fold itself into a box once again. The words of command may be inscribed visibly or invisibly on the box, or they may be written elsewhere - perhaps on an item within the box.

Extradimensional Chassis: Much like a bag of holding, the inside of the vehicle holds more than seems possible, based on the outside view. The inner area of the vehicle is structurally the same shape as the outside, with a sturdy door at the back, shuttered windows along each side, and a small fireplace. The door, shutters, and even chimney are secure against intrusion, the former two being arcane locked and the latter secured by an iron grate at the top and a narrow flue. In addition, these three areas are protected by an alarm spell. The vehicle contains four bunks, a trestle table, eight stools, and a writing desk. Anything with dimensions of less than 5 feet wide by 20 feet long by 7 feet tall will fit inside the vehicle, and while up to two tons of cargo and passengers can fit inside, the weight of the vehicle can never get heavier than 1000 pounds.
