Kail
Kail is the gatherer of souls, and the wielder of death.
Primarily feared as the final harbinger of doom, the end of all things, this portrayal denies him respect for his wider duty as custodian of the dead and the safekeeping of those souls in his charge.
He is the God of death, the dead, darkness and cleansing or purging fire, but also meditation and stasis.
His domain is the Pylon of Fire.
Very little is said openly about him, he is often shown respect during funerals, but rarely venerated, save by those who exploit the Shroud for its dark magical powers.
It is thought he held the key to
The Harvester's cage before the Great Flare.
The Underworld, Khuorus, is thought his repository of souls.

The Fire of Death and Rebirth
Kail continually cleanses and renews with purging flame, gathering the dead for eternal rest.
