Widely known as a sage and seer, the cyclops Count Vlusrym works hard to rebuild Fibwinksnobsplatshilgredspindocksdugton to its former glory.
As a powerful seer, the count's demeanor is considered strange by many. When he speaks, people remember not the conversation, but a sort of narration played in their heads. This strange occurrence has led to him being known as the Metaclops by some.
Regardless of his eccentricity, the count is widely respected for is wisdom and understanding. There are many who believe that it was he who orchestrated The Outsiders arrival and subsequent overthrow of the Nobsplats.
