Duchy of Amberwood
Fisterix's most populated duchy rests within the beautiful Amberwood Forest. For many decades the land was a unified whole, with thriving trade routes that are believed to reach all the way to Kopastad.
Ever since the Second Nobsplat Uprising, however, the towns of Amberwood Duchy have become fragmented and disjointed. Many of the old roads have faded into woodland, and though the towns still meet annually to settle disputes, there is little trade between villages.
Recently, with the sudden appearance of The Outsiders, and the subsequent defeat of Papa Nobsplat and clearing out of Maker's Respite, the land's de jure ruler, Duke Glios of Amberwood, has begun to reunify the land. While this has met with some resistance, his rebuilding of Maker's Respite reinstatement of trade routes is largely appreciated.
