Refon is the largest island in Adynía, located off the eastern coast of Faron. It was uninhabited until relatively late in history, when dwarves settled there and founded the Kingdom of Refon.

Geography
The entire edge of the island is made of steep cliffs, while the surface is mostly flat. There are no rivers on Refon, but quite a few streams and ponds. Much of the surface is sparsely populated with shepherds tending their flocks and a few guards looking out for ships from towers along the cliffs.
Fauna & Flora
The native wildlife of Refon consists mostly of seabirds, grasses and shrubs. Dwarven settlers brought sheep, dogs and cats with them and, unintentionally, mice and rats.
Dolphins and others small whales are common in the sea surrounding the island.
Natural Resources
The single most important resource found on Refon is a particular plant that can be made into a powerful medicine. The plant is endemic to the island, and the native refonians like to keep it that way.
A variety of metals, precious and semi-precious stones are also found below the surface.
