Peoples Republic of Acentia
Structure
The PRA is portrayed on the outside to be a Socialist Utopia Republic, however the "president" is nearly limitlessly powerful and has been ruled by the Burka family since its inception. in conclusion a more realistic title for the nations structure is a Communist dictatorial monarchy. The Head of state is the president who is elected by the president before him and resides over the nation until death or otherwise unable. This president is technically all powerful but he does have to go through the Acentian Parliament to pass laws or for foreign policies. This Parliament is made up of one member from every settlement in acentia and these officials are elected by the people of their city. The Parliament is technically seperate from the president and does mostly operate independently, doing the more day to day governance of the nation.
Culture
the Acentian culture of old was essentially wiped off the map during the Civil war however several new cultures have arisen over the years and this has resulted in some very unique fashion that has become popular, for instance in the 1980s the "Matra" style was very popular (Below)
Another aspect of Acentian culture is their freedom of religion and also the fact that Acentia is the Holy land of somw sects of the Christian religion.
Many Acentians see themselves as members of a civilized society and act as such, Acentians tend to have a slight superiority complex in regards to other nations which sometimes gets them into trouble.
Public Agenda
As expected the PRA is mainly concerned with spreading Socialism, however, they also have a large hand in global humanitarian work aswell as having the largest number of foreign missionaries around the world. More than 2% of Acentians GDP goes towards international aid and missionary work annually.
Additionally, Acentia prides itself in its navy, Acentia rules the waves and is highly focused on maintaining the oceans and policing them wherever needed. Acentian warships will often escort cargo or other civilian ships through dangerous waters.
Assets
The PRA has a large quantity of of copper and coal due to its commonality across the region.
As far as military goes, the PRAA, PRAN, and PRAAF combined have nearly 1.5 million personel including all reserves and non combat troops. The PRA has its strength in its massive Air force and large navy. With a full range of ultra modern jet fighters, advanced Bombers, and a fleet of over 300 Warships, Acentia can rule the skies and Seas with ease.

History
in 1909 their was a succession crisis that was handled very poorly by the government of the Kingdom of Acentia which led to widespread poverty among the lower classes. this in short led to the Acentian Civil War which lasted roughly 12 years off and on. on June 19th, 1911 the PRA was founded in the streets of the capital as a Communist mob stormed the palace aswell as the ministry of the interior. following this the war would decend into a guerilla stalemate in the country side and a series of attritional seiges in the cities (below: the Siege of Garas)
After several years of war The communists won and annexed the rest of the nation... over the next 110 years the PRA would be involved in several large conflicts and numerous minor ones. Taking part in the War of the Nine Emperors (1916 - 1920) aswell as the Twelve years war (1943 - 1955) to name the largest. they have also more recently been heavily involved in the Civil war in Dubari, aswell as counter terrorism operations in Tandara.
