Eya

The Eya are the worst kept secret secret society in Adulla. They recruit The Dullmar to stand up against The Chosen oppressors. The Eya have existed in some form or another since the earliest days of the empire. They are always seen as an incompetent joke as they can barely raise a rebellion to appear as a blip on the radar every 200 years or so. Even then the Lord Emperor, his 8, or the black fist are able to squash the uprising without batting an eye.
The group consists mostly of humans from the human city-states and Ilithorn. Other races Dullmar are recruited sometimes but the humans have been the easiest to recruit traditionally. One of the biggest uprisings attributed to the Eya was in Athlea where the high elf dullmar became enraged enough by the atrocities they were made to endure.
The primary means of recruitment is door knocking and through familial relations. The Eya are actually such a joke that talking about them in public doesn't necessarily raise eyebrows since there are many colloquial jokes and sayings about them.
"How many Eya does it take to change a wagon wheel? 16. 1 to scream that it's the Chosen's fault and 15 to knock on doors to tell you about it."

The major code of the Eya is stopping the oppression of the Dullmars by the Chosen. The group has factions among it that believe in equality but also those who believe that the Chosen deserve to get what they have dealt out for a millennia.
