Daboor

Daboor is an autonomous island city of Kranaga Lake that is the epitome of the symbiotic relationship between ameshas and Karanaga Giant Snakes The city's life blood is the Kranaga boats culture that dominates the trade between the lake nations. Between that and being on a trade route along the main river, Itis a city rich with everything, from spoils to injustices. But no city respects the symbiosis with the Karanaga No other place celebrates that relationship between amesha and the Karanaga Giant Snakes as spectacularly as Daboor. Here there are Karanaga chariot races and jousting. Here, teams of chefs make food for people and Tri-Flesh for the karanaga. Here there is luxury as well as spirituality. Snake-Lahk
As an autonomous island city run by arbitrary organizations, the question of who runs, and who should run Daboor is one that never really goes away. It benefits and also suffers from it's independence. On it's own as a cooperative Island nation with varying levels of moral code, it has survived and become a beautiful place where there is also ugliness. Furthermore, if any other nation, either one of the lake nations or an outside force got control of Daboor, then that could upset the balance in the area. It also helps Daboor's' current status that its predicament of having long borders despite not much land mean it is a place that is hard to defend. Part of the city was once taken over but the conquerer found holding on to it to be so difficult they not only abandoned it, but also abandoned the idea of ever trying again. The karanaga also came to despise attempts on Daboor and no nation of the lakes wants to incur the wrath of those they rely on for trade.
