Father Ceolmund Ceadda Eadburg (a.k.a. Ceo)
Ceolmund Eadburg is the appointed representative for the The Church of Pelor in Maccion.
Unaccustomed to the life in the frontier, he can come across as out of place sometimes. However, his devotion to Pelor and desire to help and heal others overcomes this shortcoming. He understands that this position for him is a missionary mission, with the goal of bringing more into the flock.
Routinely involved in festival and religions events, he is usually working with the leaders of Maccion to make sure these go smoothly. He prefers to be involved in all aspects of planning, and will routinely double check all things before signing off.
Relationship with the Pan Flute 5
Ceolmund worked with the Pan Flute 5 on a few occasions. It started when they originally set out to help him find Ava, who at that time was masquerading as a follower of Pelor (click here for that session recap). The group ultimately found Ava, and returned her to Ceolmund. Since then, they have had dealings ranging from buying health potions, to receiving blessings of Pelor.The Battle of Maccion
The Pan Flute 5 had convinced Ceo to aide in the Battle of Maccion, which helped bolster the defenses of the Red Fort through his healing and other divine abilities. This was considered as instrumental in saving lives of troops and coordinating other resources necessary to the effort of staving off the Hobgoblin army. After that battle, Ceo still worked in Maccion, bringing more followers to Pelor and helping his community florish.
