Absalon

The World of Absalon is a world of many adventures and dangers. In this world, there are civilized races and monstrous creatures. The history is a story of discovery and war. In this young world, it was defined by a singular war that involved all nations. The War of the Mad Ones, a conflict between the Elven nation of Tominathi and the Alliance (a group of human nations and the northern dwarves) defined what Absalon is today. After the War, prejudice against elves, the control of magic, the centralization of human governance, forming of new nations, destruction of the elven nation and the adopting of a singular god.   The Battle of Maccion, seen internationally as a small skirmish, defined the roles of the Pan Flute 5 in the world. Setting up home base in Maccion afterwards, they would go on to impact entire nations. Stratos became a burgeoning trade hub with the north after the battle. They would then strike west to Kuno Forest define a new country in their exploits. Founded off of ferocity and violence, this new country, the Kuno Confederacy is still being shaped.   Having caught the attention of gods, they struck deep beneath the earth to find monstrosities they had never seen. On a mission, they sought the Swaying One, a spear that could kill any god. While they were able to retrieve it, their adventures had them fight difficult foes and face even more difficult trials. During their trials, they lost 10 years of their lives, but gained an ally in the underdark.   The Heroes of Maccion then made their way back to the surface after such a long absence to find that much has changed. With the Swaying One in their possession, they go forth into this new world unsure of their next steps.
