Firen Korsk

Firen Korsk is known as a prominent businessman within the Capital City of Sestatrea, as well as holding businesses in other cities within the Kingdom of Laskea. Firen has been criticized as of late from various other business owners for undercutting his competitors and putting family-owned businesses in dire straights with some having to close due to their inability to compete. The majority of his holdings encompass bakeries, mills, farms, granaries, storage houses, and distribution hubs for foodstuffs. Since his business holdings are somewhat seen as a matter of national security (food supplies and distribution), he has gained the ear of King Alwyn Nede, which Firen shows his utmost respect for. Firen often holds ceremonial events at various locations throughout Laskea (but mostly in Sestatrea) to promote a sense of general well-being for the inhabitants of the town and to show respect for the institutions he holds the events for (i.e. government agencies, institutes of learning, the various temples in Sestatrea, etc).

Not much is known about his background, only that he came to Laskea sometime in 2271 and began acquiring assets and wealth. He recently married to a graduate of the Lady's College of Daemarrel, the lovely but cold Tosra Korsk. Firen mostly keeps to himself and spends most of his time within his Manor, or at one of his various businesses in Sestatrea, though the largest portion of that time is spent at the Bread Box which is a large granary and storage house within Sestarea with an attached mill and bakery.
