The Immortal Philospher

Therios, The Immortal Philosopher is one of the first Scholars in the lands of Erialla. He had aspired to collect as many books as he could, and succeeded, having been able to find resources that could fill up a basic library in one year worth of Trading. Therios then was recruited by the Marquess of the Town part of the Castletown, to be a librarian at the Füllchen Library. He soon moved in and fell in love with one of his patrons at the library, a Sorcerer called Kiya. Kiya however did not return the feelings, and soon left after Therios had tried to seduce him, but failed instantly. Therios had then began to find meaning behind what he was doing, seeing it as corrupt. He decided to continue, not because he was a bad person, but because he wanted people to not be like him.
Then one day, Therios was tasked with a book that was sentient, it caused massive tremors and other magical disasters. His duty was to set it in a labyrinth of books and traps. It succeeded mostly, but he had more trouble escaping. Because of this, he was trapped with the dark arts books, and he tried Lichdom to avoid dying, but he found an alternative. If a book could have a consciousness, then couldn't Therios enchant a selection of books with his own one? And so, he began to enchant 16 books into holding his brain and other things, before dying from thirst. He then lived on in the book, eager to be brought back up, but to this day still hasn't been found.
