The Berlin Soviet
The Berlin Soviet is the governing body of The German Soviet Republic.
History:
Origninally, "The Reichstag" after communist's took Berlin from Wolfgang Kapp's forces, forcing them to flee frankfurt. Paul Levi along with The Communist Party Of Germany rebranded the building into "The Berlin Soviet". The only parties in it were The Communist Party Of Germany and The USPD.
After Paul was removed in 1921, The USPD and other opposition figures were increasing sidelined and by the time of ceasefire in the civil war 1922. The Berlin Soviet, has mostly lost all power's to Heinrich Brandler centralizing most of it to ruling party leader becoming a dictator similar to Vladimir Lenin.
