Purpose / Function
It is one of the two Far-Speak mechanisms and Godhead Radio stations in Ralhaz - one is located just outside the walls near the entrance, and the other across the town. This was done in case of invasion, disaster, or fire; in hopes that someone can call for help at one of the locations or they can communicate with each other. However, both temples required a lot of energy to keep the radios on.
