Elder Council - First Meeting

For the first time in history five elders from the Koryak and Chinese lineages meet up to an elder council meeting. This meeting was the result of years of tens negotiations between the factions.
  The goal of this meeting was to settle the dispute between Yu Xun and Cheyvyne as they had clashed in direct combat in their fight over Korea. The matter was settled with negotiations and an agreement was finally achieved after several months of negotiations. Nobody was truly happy with what they gained, but nobody wanted to risk their lives in combat again. And taking down any of these elders would be very difficult to achieve for any of them.
  This was the first meeting of the elders and it was decided that they would have such a meeting every two hundred years to discuss any outstanding disputes between the two sides.
