International Alchemist's Association

A large, wealthy, very young and often toothless organization that protects the interests of the alchemists around the world. The association was founded in 2017 after the biggest regional and national alchemists organization managed to finally find common ground. Plans to create such an organization had existed since the 1950ies. It took the fall of the veil and the threat of human governments potentially outlawing alchemy to overcome their differences.
The association is somewhere in the United Nations system of organizations. Where is still a bit unclear.
The biggest win of the association is the recognition of Alchemist as a protected title in the European Union. In China the title had been protected for a long time. The United States is the only major country that has not put the title under protection yet. Association lobbyists are hard at work to make that happen.
