This is equal parts creepy, barbaric and hilarious! I love how the graphic images contrast with the description of the delicacy - I must admit, it does sound really tasty. Poor snakes, though.

Humans are so weird. Someone had to be the first to be like 'hey, this weird snake creature that likes to burrow in us... wonder what it tastes like.' Really fascinating article. I really liked the two opposing methods of extraction.
