The Province of Serpania is overseen by Prince Livyatan the youngest brother of King Luficer. There are Counts under Livyatan that see to the needs of the landlock counties, Marquis overseeing the coastal counties, and Barons like James Crowley ruling over the cities themselves.


Serpania is the northern Province of Dis Kingdom, overseen by Crown Princess Auoroa

Dis Kingdom is one of the unified Kingdoms making up West Archway Kingdom, ruled by King Lucifer
