Session #17 - Air and a Bridge!

by Moonshadow The Isle of Leumadaria

We fought some worms and beat them up after fighting multiple worm hoards. We then found a hurt Kobald.

I spoke with a Kobald in Draconic. He said that there is a stone people village that we could be meaning to go towards. This hurt Kobold Warrior knows the way and would be willing to lead us there however not towards his village as it is his tribe's sacred kobold place! He is willing to lead us close to the stone people's village!

An evil-looking creature attacked his friends, it was a spiky flesh creature coming from the depths that attacked his friends. There were many that attacked him. They fight in weird magical darkness. It scared the kobolds and the kobold warriors are a mighty people, I would strongly hesitate to go there without them backing us up for support! (This Kobald warrior's name is Vrin.)

I know that magical darkness exists and its supposedly darker than what people with dark vision can see through.

The book that I have been translating for the dark elf is a book that speaks a lot about fire.

We are entering a big cave room with water down below. There can be known to be air elementals in this room. The room carries on and there is a sharp drop and it seems to be darkness but according to the dark elf and the Kobold there is water a ways down there. There is a bridge over this darkness though!

We are then told by the kobold Vrin that we are entering a dice room. Then there will be a turn-off into the Orid Territory, he may not be remembering it properly but he thinks their city was to the left. He was not sure though. (He also commented that there territory is small.)

In this room there ends up being two air elementals one on each side of the bridge, seemingly causing us chaos.

We then saw Castien destroy an air elemental with tremendous force (98 damage, yikes that's like max basically, 2 actions of attack were used in the same turn.)
