Session #21- Contemplation...

by Moonshadow The Isle of Leumadaria

The Lizard Folk is in the forested area connected to the sea and they prefer densely forested to fields.

We have found out that we could potentially just let me run in and steal the gem.

We could sneak in, sneak in as guards, sneak in as a benefactor, befriend a benefactor, smash & Grab.

We go to the merchants guild and we see a very posh building and ahead of us is a double door that is quite big! We got into the reception area and it's impressive, it's full of marble and other expensive things. They make money and they spend it! Behind the reception desk is an older elf. We are interested in learning more about the merchants guild. They are the humming shade merchants division. They deal with shipments and store what comes from one continent and goes to another continent. They serve the locals with the most common stuff - fruits and vegetables that can't be grown here, building materials and sometimes metal crafting materials. They follow the rules imposed by the great dragon Agracryn. We were most likely met by some brine kobolds. The pirate person has been responsible for quite a few missed shipments, He really wishes the brine guard would do something about it. They have not seen any pattern. The brine guard has taken a lot of notes on which shipments have not made it in. What exactly is the brine guard, the brine kobolds who serve under Agracryn are considered the brine guard. Each type of kobold has scales that match the type of dragon they are born/serve under.

The merchant guild's money is mainly from buying goods coming from one direction and selling them going another direction.

The brine guards have a main office and that's where the more bureaucratic things happen with the brine guards. Agracryn seems to keep most to himself however he has had visitors before, and he seems to keep himself to the cliffs.

A known smuggling ring that hasn't been caught by the brine guard is the Purple Sun Shipping company.

He knows of no people willing to indulge such a ragtag-looking group.

I then stormed off as the older elf seemed to disregard our group. We then went to the brine guard compound and everyone seemed to be doing something.
One of the buildings as we entered was a city bureaucracy building. The one building seemed to be an office building. We see a normal human walk out of it (He was grumpy). We do not make out what he says.

Inside we see a very plain office desk and reception. There seem to be a couple of kobolds behind some desks in this office. One of the kobolds calls us over.
We end up talking to him and he pointed us to a rack with tourist brochures.

We ended up asking a bunch of questions and then a fancy brine dragon named Grag took us into a private office. He knew who we were and how we had been trying to help out this island. Grag sits down behind the desk and gestures to us to take a seat.

We have helped the Orids and the druids replace their gems to their obelisks. Grag is being straightforward. Agracryn has taken notice of what we have been doing so far with these gems and obelisks and he is willing to speak with us. He is looking to speak to us and meet with us! He is available 4 days from now to meet with us, he is down to meet at his cave north of Faebae. Grag is willing to guide us to Agracryn. We are to meet Grag in 2 days at noon at the brine guard castle.
